Discuss your renewal: Live chat & telephone (contact number can be found on your renewal notice and within your customer portal) Your renewal notice will be available at least 21 days before the renewal is due. We may have also emailed or posted your renewal notice if requested.
Platinum customers: Live chat & telephone (contact number can be found on your documentation within your customer portal)
When logging into your customer portal you can also view or change your policy, make payments, update your bank details and view your renewal.
